Partners in Care and Health (PCH), with the support of the ADASS Mental Health Policy Network, have developed a Section 117 (s117) aftercare framework, consisting of a suite of 5 documents, to provide practical support to local authorities and their partners in strengthening s117 governance and practice.
PCH is a trusted network for developing and sharing best practice, developing tools and techniques, providing support and building connections. It is funded by Government and offered to councils without charge.
