Professional practice supports people working in adult social care.

We deliver targeted support to help councils with service delivery and also commission universal work to create resources to help with specific issues.

We recommend council colleagues take the opportunity to work together (and with people and partners as needed) to reach a combined sense of statement scores across the 10 different themes.
We are also commissioning some work to develop a supportive resource looking at the best way to reach seldom heard groups to offer information and advice.
