Resetting the relationship between local and national government. Read our Local Government White Paper
Details of procurement networks designed to provide members with a platform to discuss emerging procurement issues and trends impacting councils.
The LGA operates several procurement networks designed to support officers in local government procurement roles. These networks provide members with a platform to discuss emerging issues and trends impacting councils, as well as to exchange insights on new policies, programmes, and practices.
A key feature of these networks is the opportunity to share support, opportunities, and best practices. These networks are composed of representatives from councils across England and are led by councils, for councils.
More information on each network can be found below:
- National Advisory Group (NAG)
- Children's commissioning and procurement network
- Adult's social care procurement network
- Construction steering group
We are also considering the development of an additional ICT procurement related network.
