We are one of the teams in Partners in Care and Health and we work with key national organisations to support councils to improve support for working age adults including autistic people, people with a learning disability and people with mental health problems.
The offer includes:
- fully subsidised intensive bespoke support offer for councils
- support with policy and statutory changes relating to support for working age adults
- a universal offer of case studies, events and briefings and reports for councils and systems on topics like preparation for adulthood, housing and employment.
