Silver: The LGA political group dinners

Taking the form of either an informal buffet or conference dinner, each of the four political group dinners provides a forum for guests to network with elected councillors at the end of the conference day. This sponsorship opportunity includes the following key benefits:

Advertising and promotion

• full page colour advertisement (using supplied artwork) in the LGA’s membership magazine, first, received by 18,000 councillors and 400 chief executives
• display of your corporate logo, company message, contact details and a hyperlink to your website on the conference website and the conference app
• opportunity for an up to 5-minute speaking slot at the beginning of each dinner.

Onsite branding

• display of your corporate logo alongside all sponsors’ logos on sponsorship recognition boards arranged in prominent positions within ACC Liverpool.
• display of your corporate logo on the ‘graphics loop’ that is shown on screens prior to all plenary sessions in the main room and on the relay screens located throughout ACC Liverpool.
• opportunity to display one or two of your own branded pop-ups at each of the dinners.
