This section of the cost of living hub shares more detailed ‘spotlight’ case studies, highlighting some of the great work of councils and partners.

Delivered through the One Public Estate programme, Place Pilots are bringing together all public asset owners in each place – central government organisations, councils and other public sector organisations – to deliver a more joined up approach to future public estate demand and supply.  

Our community engagement resources support officers and councillors to explore the range of ways they can engage local residents – and voluntary and community sector organisations – in local service delivery, decision-making and enhancing places.

Following our Regional Retrofit Action Plan training, councils have shared their learnings and what action planning looks like in their area.
