JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 129 – PSC HANDBOOK (UPDATE)
Following the recent PSC pay settlement for 2021-23, the following changes and updates have been made to the PSC Handbook:
- Section 2, Pay, Paragraph 1, Pay spine (page 13) – The national pay spine has been updated to reflect the pay settlement.
- Section 2, Pay, Paragraph 13.2, Payments for standby duty (page 18) – The payment has been increased as part of the pay settlement.
- Section 2, Pay, Paragraph 14, Part time employees – This relates to compensation for part time employees working on a rest/free day and brings the Handbook in line with PSC Joint Circular 111 dated 21 February 2021).
Please note that the implementation date for changes to the PSC Handbook can be found at the footer on the relevant page. Section 2 Pay, new Paragraph 14.3, has retrospective effect back to 21 February 2021.
The PSC Handbook has been further amended to include gender neutral language.
