Identifying early intervention priorities

Between October 2014 and July 2015, Haringey introduced a theory of change planning tool to support the development of its early years strategy and worked with the early years partnership stakeholder group to help identify system change priorities. Partners involved in this work included public health, CCG and children's services commissioners who helped to develop an action plan to implement universal components of the Healthy Child Programme.
