This report forms part of the LGA's evaluation of sector-led improvement. It provides an overview of feedback on the impact of attending Leadership Essentials from councillors who had attended a course during 2017/18. The survey was sent to councillors several months after they had attended, once they had had a chance to reflect upon the learning and put it in to practice.
