The ability to apply relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures is critical to minimising risks associated with organisational HR change.


What do we mean by applying relevant laws, regulations and policies?

Typically, transformation teams will work closely with HR business partners to ensure lawful processes are followed.

HR teams will provide advice and guidance in the application of HR policy and procedures, supporting managers to understand HR related risks and enable effective mitigation wherever possible to minimise adverse impacts.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of employment and related laws.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Knowledge of organisation development methodologies and models.
  • Understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
