What is coaching?

Coaching is the ability to ability to effectively coach and guide others to enhance their performance, achieve their goals, and develop their skills. This capability involves a combination of skills, knowledge, and behaviours that contribute to the facilitation of learning, growth, and improvement in individuals or teams.
