Matt Woor was Suffolk County Council’s Communications Lead for Adult Social Care when they volunteered to be part of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) pilot.

The Active Westminster Physical Activity Referral Scheme (PARs) is delivered by Everyone Health in partnership with Westminster City Council’s leisure contractors Everyone Active, and was previously known as the Exercise Referral Scheme.

Aligned with the Fairer Westminster Strategy, the council is committed to sharing accessible and transparent data to all residents and visitors of Westminster. In July 2023, the Westminster Air Quality Data Platform was launched, illustrating the councils’ efforts to provide crucial information for informed decision-making.

In June 2023 the LGA were awarded funding to support the sharing of good practice across LAs, which supports the home learning environment (HLE).

This case study explores how Portsmouth City Council were able to deliver the demolition of Horatia House and Leamington House, which were two 18-storey blocks constructed using Large Panel Systems.

The Healthy Stevenage Strategy provides a comprehensive and ambitious approach to improving health and wellbeing in the town. It has been created through collaboration with Hertfordshire County Council, the local NHS and Hertfordshire and West Essex STP.

United Pride Friends is a group service for members of the LGBTQ+ community with Autism and Learning difficulties. The primary purpose of their group is giving members a safe place to meet new people and make friends. This case study forms part of the What Good Looks Like report on people with a learning disability and autistic people.

Safe Soulmates is a friendship organisation for adults who have additional needs including autistic adults and adults with a learning disability.  It runs social events and can support individuals to form romantic relationships if there is a mutual connection.
