The Integrated Referral Model (IRM) identifies benefits of asking the armed forces question to recipients of adult social care.  This provides identification of the armed forces community and provision of data.   It enables financial savings, provides better social outcomes and compliance with the AF Covenant and Care Act.

Camden Council have been working with Timewise since 2014 and became their first Timewise Accredited Council.

Following a change in organisational structure and political leadership, the council commissioned a corporate peer challenge from the LGA which was completed in November 2015.

In May 2017, North Somerset Council added a new suite of financial wellbeing products to its employee benefits package. At no risk or cost to the council, they have already delivered an average saving of £1,029 for those who have taken advantage of them.

The focus of the programme was to look at ways to generate income from two internally conceived and developed digital solutions.

Middlesbrough Council and NHS England Cumbria and the North East have launched a joint programme “Starting Well” to develop closer links between dental team members and the wider health and social care workforce to increase uptake of both school and dental practice prevention programmes to prevent dental decay in our youngest children.

This project was undertaken on behalf of a partnership of local authorities led by Teignbridge District Council and including the other Greater Exeter Strategic Partnership authorities.

The council welcomes and supports a vibrant student community within the district, but is also keen to see adequate housing provision for younger single people and couples who may not be students but still need housing.

Rother District Council (RDC) wished to increase the take-up of payment by annual direct debit for the garden waste collection in order to reduce processing and chasing costs. This was specifically to reduce the number of cheques being received, as is the most costly method of payment for the council. This case study forms part of our productivity experts resource.
