The key purpose of the survey is to better understand a number of critical questions about the experiences of the social care workforce in England.

The Standards for employers of public health teams in England set out expectations of good employers who want to enable all their public health staff to work effectively. The Standards were published in 2018 after a wide consultation across the public health system in England and are owned and maintained by the Local Government Association (LGA).
