Collaborating with Children’s Services in the LGA Family Hubs Peer Review, Dorset Library Service began to explore how we could develop our contribution to the Best Start in Life* and Dorset Council’s: Our Children, Young People’s and Families Plan 2020-2023.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council, alongside local voluntary and community sector (VCS) and other public sector partners, are focusing on working together and taking a proactive approach to mobilising support to ensure residents and businesses have access to as much support as possible as much support during this difficult time.

The City of Wolverhampton is a metropolitan authority in the West Midlands with a population of around 260,000. It is a densely populated city with a limited amount of open space and struggled to accommodate tree planting on the scale required by many funding schemes.

We wanted to take the opportunity to share the progress of two One Public Estate (OPE) projects and how OPE funding can be used to lead to larger programmes of work and link in with other funding streams, in this case the GLA Future Neighbourhood 2030 programme.
